The Madison Bilingual School was the first school of the Madison Group. It was established in 1978 to offer another educational opportunity to the citizens of Monterrey, mainly those living in the south. It has all levels from Nursery to Junior High.
In 1999 the school started the application process to be registered with the IB (International Baccalaureate) and complied, throughout four long years, with all requirements to become an international authorized school to offer the Primary Years Program (PYP) for grades Kinder 1st thru 5th in 2003.
In 2007 the school was authorized to offer the Middle Years Program (PAI) for grades 6th thru 9th.
